Taking a look at our Final Cut

After looking at our final cut, we came to some conclusions about what needed to be changed and decided on what new footage we had to film.

What we need to change:
- We have decided to remove the train shot at the start of the video, because from our feedback we found that many people thought that it didn't fit in with the overall 'vintage' style of the video, and also a far too slow in progression and didn't fit with the rest of the video.

- We could include new transition edits for our shots, like for example adding in a fade to black when the mood changes in the song e.g. - from the fast to the slow part.
-Film more shots of Georgia dancing and use slow motion to give them the atmospheric feel that we are looking to portray in our video.
- Tweak edits and transitions for a smooth running throughout video

I think overall with our first cut we have met our pitch ideas, and followed all of the criteria that we set out. Many of the themes that run through the video give a clear view of the style and representation that we intended, and have an appeal to the genre and style of 'indie' music.
